Vision & Mission

Vision

To function as a model institution that ensures the comprehensive development of the Block Panchayat through effective coordination among various departments, under committed leadership and the collective efforts of its employees. The institution aims to provide timely, transparent, corruption-free, and citizen-centric services that ensure complete public satisfaction, while continuously striving for excellence and improvement.

Mission

  1. To ensure that all services specified in the Citizen Charter are delivered to the public within the prescribed time limits set by the Block Panchayat.
  2. To complete all development projects approved by the Administrative Committee for the financial year before the end of that financial year.
  3. To address and resolve all complaints, including those from the general public, on a priority basis and with utmost urgency.
  4. To modernize the service delivery systems of the Block Panchayat and enhance coordination among implementing officers, thereby improving efficiency and making services more beneficial to the public.
  5. To establish sustainable mechanisms for the effective implementation and timely completion of various Central and State Government schemes, while continuously improving institutional performance and service quality, thereby evolving into a model institution.
